School Improvement Plan

Family Engagement Goal: By the end of the 2025-2026 school year, Churchland Elementary aims to increase active family participation in school-organized, academically focused family engagement workshops by 10% compared to the baseline established during the 2024-2025 school year.

 Reading and Math Proficiency Goal: By the end of the 2025-2026 school year, Churchland Elementary aims to increase the percentage of students achieving Grade Level Proficiency (Levels 3, 4, or 5) on state assessments by at least 7.5 percentage points. Specifically, we plan to raise the percentage of students proficient in Reading from 42.5% to 50% and in Mathematics from 47.9% to 55.4%.

Science Proficiency Goal: By the end of the 2025-2026 school year, Churchland Elementary aims to increase the percentage of 5th grade students achieving Grade Level Proficient (Levels 3, 4, or 5) on state science assessments by at least 7.9 percentage points, raising the percentage from 42.1% to 50%.
